Iunia Nagy is a Senior Associate in the Bucharest office specialising in real estate projects. 

Iunia has nearly two decades of experience advising foreign investors and major domestic companies from a wide range of industries on complex real estate developments and acquisitions. She assists international and domestic clients on due diligence, property and real estate transactions, and land development (permitting and construction). She has extensive experience across many asset classes, with particular expertise in office and retail projects.

• KAUFLAND ROMANIA on expansion projects and daily business challenges and activities following their market entry in Romania, including land purchase agreements across Romania, related due diligence processes, town planning and building permitting procedures, and development and construction matters
• A MAJOR DISCOUNT RETAILER on real estate matters related to a sale and leaseback process
• KATHREIN ROMANIA on the sale of a plant in Timisoara
• ROMKATEL on the sale of a plant in Magurele, Ilfov County and on the sale of a land plot located in Garana, Caras-Severin
• A REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST on various real estate matters, including the real estate due diligence process for a financing project for a European group owning and operating large thermal spa facilities with a total estimated value of EUR 1 billion, with more than EUR 110 million allocated to the Romanian subsidiary.
• ELEMENT INDUSTRIAL on the acquisition of land plots envisaged for the development of ELI Park 1 industrial park, including the legal due diligence process and transaction assistance.
• ELI 4 CRAIOVA, PART OF ELEMENT INDUSTRIAL, on the acquisition of land plots envisaged for the development of a logistic park located in Craiova, including the legal due diligence process and transaction assistance
• A RENEWABLE ENERGY PRODUCER AND DISTRIBUTOR on real estate matters relating to the acquisition and/or development of various renewable energy projects (wind farms and photovoltaic parks) at several locations in Romania
• BOSCH REXROTH on a greenfield investment in Romania
• GERMANY’S LARGEST AUTOMOTIVE CORPORATION on the implementation of a greenfield investment in Romania, including location selection, legal due diligence and transaction documents, as well as cooperation with local authorities and utility providers for the implementation of the investment’s requirements
