Teodora Nicoschi is a Junior Associate in the Bucharest office focusing on corporate and M&A as well as real estate matters.

Prior to joining Kinstellar, Teodora was an intern at major local law firms in Bucharest and Cluj and has gained experience in civil and commercial law matters, lease and loan agreements, drafting legal opinions and various other corporate documents, as well as preparing relevant documentation for court files.
