Diana Radu is a Senior Associate in the Bucharest office with a strong focus on real estate and regulatory matters, combining experience in both private practice and in-house legal roles.

Diana has advised clients on all legal aspects of real estate development, including permitting, urban planning, land acquisition, title investigations, and drafting and negotiation of lease and sale-purchase agreements.

Before joining our firm this year, Diana contributed to the legal operations of a major real estate development company known for delivering large-scale, sustainable mixed-use projects across urban centres. Her work supported key phases of real estate development, including permitting procedures, commercialization of real estate assets, as well as advising on construction-related matters during and after the development phase.

Real Estate

• A REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST on various real estate matters, including the real estate due diligence process for a financing project involving a European group owning and operating large thermal spa facilities
• RHEINMETALL GROUP on the acquisition of a majority stake in military vehicle manufacturer Automecanica Medias and its fully owned subsidiary, Atelierele Speciale Autocamioane Medias, with legal support focused on real estate and related matters concerning the assets owned by or transferred to the companies
• A MAJOR DISCOUNT RETAILER on real estate matters related to sale and leaseback transactions, the acquisition of real estate assets for retail store development, and support with the implementation of real estate acquisitions
• A EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE INVESTOR in connection with the acquisition and redevelopment of multiple shopping centres across major Romanian cities, providing legal assistance throughout the due diligence and transaction phases, as well as during post-closing implementation.
