Alexandra Sofineti is a Senior Associate in the Bucharest office specialising in banking and finance.

Alexandra has assisted on a wide range of financial transactions with a special focus on real estate and project financing. She has advised both lenders and borrowers on cross-border and local financing, syndicated and bilateral financing mandates, and has been involved in drafting, reviewing and negotiating security documents and other related documentation, and has advised on the fulfilment of conditions precedent and conditions subsequent.

Alexandra has also taken part on large due diligence exercises concerning finance-related aspects.
