Barnabás Hábel is Junior Associate in the Budapest office and a member of the M&A and Corporate service line.

Barnabás focuses on corporate and real estate law, in particular M&A transactions (spin-offs, cross-border conversions) and general corporate matters. He has gained experience in real estate matters such as establishment of easement and land use rights, as well as in property management tasks.
