Veronika Heiszer is an Associate in the Budapest office and a member of the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team. 

Veronika focuses on banking and finance transactions, particularly in domestic and international acquisition, real estate and project finance matters. Furthermore, she has gained experience advising on capital markets projects, including bonds issuance and IPOs, as well as on restructuring and insolvency matters.
