Csenge Koller is a Senior Associate in the Budapest office. She focuses on corporate and M&A matters.

Her main focus is corporate law, with particular emphasis on complex corporate restructurings, mergers, demergers and acquisitions. Furthermore, she has broad experience in real estate and competition matters, structured finance and loan portfolio transactions.
