Zsófia Dóra Kovács is a Junior Associate in the Budapest office and a member of the M&A and Corporate service line.

Zsófia focuses on corporate and M&A, as well as various regulatory matters and litigation. She is regularly involved in due diligence analysis, reviewing and drafting contracts and other legal documents, and day-to-day corporate matters of local and international companies.
