Gergely Simon Lipták is an Associate in the Budapest office. He focuses on Corporate/M&A and Banking, Finance & Capital Markets.

Gergely has gained extensive experience in a wide range of corporate matters with a particular focus on private and public limited companies. His focus further extends to regulated markets, securities issuance, investment fund managers, and their respective funds as well as to capital market-related M&A transactions with an insight into the MAR regulation.
