Katalin Nógrádi is a Senior Associate in the Budapest office focusing on corporate and M&A matters.

Katalin has gained significant experience in major domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, setting up joint ventures and managing corporate restructurings. She has coordinated and managed teams of lawyers during due diligence processes and facilitated complex foreign M&A transactions.

Moreover, she has gained experience in real estate transactions, as well as in advising clients on employment law matters and conducting employment compliance audits. She has represented clients in employment, civil and public procurement litigation cases.
