Judit Sós is an Associate in the Budapest office and a member of the Corporate and M&A service line.

Her main focus is corporate law, with particular emphasis on acquisitions, group restructuring, mergers and demergers, setting up/winding up of business entities and investment structures, as well as full circle corporate housekeeping.
