Szabolcs Szilágyi is an Associate in the Budapest office and a member of the Employment & Labour Law service line.

His main focus is employment law, with particular emphasis on drafting documentation for the establishment and termination of employment relationships, and providing strategic advice and support in relation to dismissals, including complex and executive‑level exits. He regularly advises on workforce restructurings and mass redundancies, as well as on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE‑related employee transfers.

His experience also includes conducting and supporting internal investigations involving employee misconduct and compliance issues, and advising on collective labour law matters, such as works council consultations, trade union relations and collective agreements.
