Bertalan Ványa is a Senior Associate in the Budapest office and a member of the Real Estate team.

He has strong experience in real estate and M&A transactions, as well as in complex real estate development and financing projects. Bertalan has in‑depth industry knowledge of real estate acquisitions and leasing, including the negotiation and preparation of office, retail and industrial leases. He has also gained exceptional experience across various aspects of greenfield investment and development projects.

Bertalan has assisted numerous international clients on large national and cross‑border projects, including the drafting and negotiation of complex transactional documentation.
