• LEXUM on the acquisition of numerous medical facilities and business operations of multiple providers of ophthalmology services and eye surgeries in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, including entry on the Slovak market
• BAUER MEDIA GROUP on the sale of its Czech and Slovak publishing business to Mafra; on the preceding acquisition of a leading Czech OCP company NetBrokers Holding (srovnejto.cz, epojisteni.cz); and on the sale of its Czech direct marketing business to Warsaw stock exchange listed company R22
• DNATA (Emirates group) on its acquisition of the Czech specialist aviation services company Air Dispatch, operating at the Prague, Warsaw and Bratislava airports
• BC PARTNERS on Czech and Slovak aspects of its USD 1.9 billion sale of portfolio group synlab to Cinven and on previous add-on acquisition of the leading Czech provider of laboratory diagnostic in human genetics Chambon

Dispute Resolution

• A MAJOR GLOBAL MINING COMPANY on a dispute for approx. CZK 2.5 bn. in damages stemming from mining activities
• A REGIONAL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS MANUFACTURER on a compensation claim against a car manufacturer as a result of vehicle recalls process
