As a well-known expert on employment law, Pavol is the clients’ choice regarding various related matters; moreover, he is a skilled lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava.

• DEUTSCHE TELEKOM on a EUR 546 million acquisition of East European broadband provider GTS Central Europe Group 
• SIGNA on the acquisition of the furniture chain Kika/Leiner in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary, subsequent sale of all CEE subsidiaries to XXXLutz with a transaction value of more than EUR 500 million
• AURELIUS on the EUR 185+ million sale of Germany's Secop Group to Nidec, including major production facilities in Slovakia
