Vincent Morand is a senior legal adviser based in the Prague office, part of the firm-wide business development team, the Head of Kinstellar's French Desk, the Co-Head of the Southeast Asia Desk and of the firm-wide Infrastructure & Transportation sector.  

Vincent has more than 20 years of experience living and working as a senior legal adviser in diverse markets (France, the UK, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia and Central and Eastern Europe). Vincent studied law in France and has a broad legal expertise, including in corporate and real estate and construction matters. He has also built a specific experience in the aviation sector, having advised on aircraft leases, aircraft registration, security perfection and enforcement matters.
