Natalia has more than ten years of experience advising on corporate law, project finance, antitrust legislation, securities and currency regulations. She focuses on corporate and banking law and has significant experience advising on M&A in the financial sector, including transaction structuring, pre-acquisition due diligence investigations, PPP, project finance, and equity and debt financing. Natalia's industry experience includes oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, food, FMCG, banking, media business, and real estate.
