Larysa Gorbunova is a Senior Associate in the Kyiv office. She focuses on corporate and commercial law, M&A and corporate governance. Her expertise further extends to the Life Sciences and Technology sectors.
Larysa focuses on complex M&A transactions and a wide variety of issues in connection with entering the Ukrainian market. She also provides on-going support to Ukrainian and foreign clients on corporate, commercial and regulatory issues.

- HARMAN INTERNATIONAL, the leading supplier of connected technologies for automotive, consumer and enterprise markets, on the acquisition of Apostera, a Germany-based automotive technology company having R&D center in Ukraine
- ZIPLINE INTERNATIONAL in connection with market entry and expansion, on the establishment of an LLC, a charitable fund, legal advice on business structuring, provision of humanitarian aid, export control and other ongoing issues
- A UKRAINIAN SUBSIDIARY OF A MAJOR INTERNATIONAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY on various corporate, employment and regulatory matters, including humanitarian aid, commercial and procurement contracts, etc.
- STIFTUNG OPEN SOCIETY INSTITUTE (GEORGE SOROS FOUNDATION) on corporate transformation in Ukraine and several other jurisdictions (Moldova, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan); our advice included analysis of the current structure, working on possible options of reorganization from corporate governance perspective, developing the implementation plan and assisting the client with its implementation
