Yevhen specialises in construction and office lease issues. He also conducts real estate due diligence on Ukrainian companies and provides legal support relating to key risks associated with client real estate assets. Yevhen's expertise covers different industries, including manufacturing & industrials, construction, transport, mining, public procurement, and agriculture.

Yevhen has been involved in various due diligence projects, including for the developer of one of the largest sea terminals in Ukraine, for a high energy-efficient business centre in Kyiv, and for a leading Ukrainian mining company.

• CARGILL on conducting legal due diligence of the newly constructed sea grain terminal as a pre-condition to closing the transaction
• MARIUPOL INVESTMENT GROUP, a Ukrainian group which leases the biggest ship repair factory in the sea of Azov from the State and employing around 600 people, in negotiations with the State Property Fund of Ukraine in order to develop an amicable solution to certain disputes and transfer the property of the factory for privatization
• US EMBASSY IN UKRAINE in view of its relocation to the new embassy and consular complex in Kyiv on various issues connected with termination of various premises leases in Kyiv
• ZIPLINE INTERNATIONAL on various matters covering real estate, zoning, and construction matters, as well as conducting legal due diligence of land plots and industrial parks for the hubs development
• INTERNATIONAL HOTEL OPERATOR on Technical Services Agreement (TSA) and Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) for one of the first business class aparthotels in Ukraine
