Khrystyna Ivanytska is an Associate in the Kyiv office. She focuses on intellectual property & technology, media, industrials and healthcare & life sciences.

Khrystyna regularly assists clients on a broad range of intellectual property and information technology issues, with particular focus on intellectual property prosecution, contractual work (e.g., licensing, R&D and franchising), unfair competition, administrative and judicial enforcement, M&A of companies, including IP due diligence and preparation of IP-related transactional documents.
