Tetiana Kolha is an Associate in the Kyiv office. She focuses on international arbitration and litigation.

Tetiana’s area of competence encompasses the protection of clients’ interests in high-profile international commercial and investment arbitrations, as well as in complex court disputes, including those concerned with corporate conflicts and protection of business from illegal takeovers. She has significant experience handling disputes in the banking and finance sector, employment and tax disputes, as well as representing business interests in disputes with state authorities and out-of-court settlements. Tetiana also advises major international and leading Ukrainian clients across a broad range of industries on various legal matters.
