Khrystyna Kulynych is a Junior Associate in the Kyiv office, focusing on M&A, corporate, and commercial law.

Khrystyna advises both international and Ukrainian companies on establishment and ongoing operations in Ukraine. She is involved in legal due diligence processes and provides support on a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day legal issues.

She also has experience advising on banking and finance regulatory matters, as well as participating in international technical assistance projects.
