Sang Wha is the head of Kinstellar’s Korea Desk and is also part of the firm-wide business development team. Furthermore, he is a member of the M&A, Corporate and Private Equity team at Kinstellar’s Vienna Office, focusing on M&A and corporate law with particular experience in international and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Kinstellar, he served as a research associate at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he specialized in intellectual property, competition, and antitrust law. He currently holds the position of an external lecturer in corporate law at the same institution.
