Mykola Lykhoglyad is a Senior Associate in the Kyiv office. He specializes in supporting M&A projects and providing commercial and corporate law advice.

Mykola advises on a wide range of corporate law matters, with a focus on private M&A transactions. He has gained significant experience in the area of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and restructurings as well as carrying out complex legal due diligence reviews.

• A GLOBAL DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION SOLUTIONS PROVIDER on incorporation of a local subsidiary and its registration with Diia City, preparation of templates of gig contracts and employment contracts 
• A JAPANESE SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURER on transfer to Diia City, workforce engagement options, preparation of a template intragroup agreement and contractual documentation
• AN INTERNATIONAL CONSORTIUM OF COMPANIES on the due diligence for participation in the first public-private partnership (concession) of a commercial seaport in Ukraine*
