Ivan Manziuk is a Junior Associate in the Kyiv office, specialising in corporate and commercial law, M&A, and corporate governance.

He advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and tax matters, and prepares corporate and transactional documentation. Ivan’s experience includes supporting clients in the Defence & Security and Technology sectors.
