Oleksandr Plachynta is an Associate in the Kyiv office. He focuses on international dispute resolution and energy sector.

Oleksandr specialises in commercial and investment arbitration, as well as on cross-border commercial litigation. He advises local and foreign clients on the recognition and enforcement of arbitration awards and on foreign court judgments in Ukraine.

He also assists clients across the full spectrum of regulatory and commercial matters in energy renewables and oil & gas sectors.
