Oleksandra Putiienko is an Associate in the Kyiv office. She focuses on corporate and commercial law.

Oleksandra’s experience includes advising and coordinating financing transactions in Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Australia, Poland, and eastern Africa. Her expertise includes advising on production sharing agreements in the oil and gas sector; emission reduction purchase agreements for the purchase of verified carbon credits; due diligence investigations relating to M&A transactions; and oil, gas and renewable energy projects. Oleksandra’s industry experience includes energy, natural resources, and environmental matters.
