Maksym Tesliar is a Counsel in the Kyiv office and the head of the local Employment & Labour Law service line. He focuses on employment matters, military law, immigration and other regulatory matters.

Maksym works on complex employment reorganisations, relocation of business and personnel, mass layoffs, as well as market-entry solutions. His experience includes handling personnel crisis measures, resolving conflict terminations and assisting clients with labour law audits, workforce restructuring and other employment-related issues.

Maksym is featured in International Employment Lawyer's Tomorrow’s Leaders 2023 list, the only lawyer representing Ukraine in the list of 40 rising stars from across the world.

  • RHEINMETALL and its joint venture with Ukraine’s state-owned defence industry concern Ukroboronprom, on various Ukrainian labour law matters related to preparation of the employment contract and employment agreements templates; support with employment of foreign nationals in Ukraine and other general employment issues 
  • AN AMERICAN COMPANY THAT DESIGNS, MANUFACTURES, AND OPERATES DELIVERY DRONES on employment-related matters in Ukraine, including extensive advice regarding the possibility of reserving employees from mobilization
