Alena Čechtická is a Senior Associate in the Prague office and a member of the employment & labour law team.

Alena boasts extensive local and international experience in labour law. In addition to employment, service and management contracts, she drafts contracts for managers, board members and managing directors as well as engagement letters. Additionally, she represents clients in legal disputes (including litigation) related to employment matters. She also drafts internal employment and remuneration policies and participates in collective bargaining negotiations on behalf of companies. She regularly advises on other employment law issues such as employee secondment, false self-employment, transfer of undertakings and employment issues due to restructuring.
