Katarína Jendželovská is a Senior Associate in the Prague office focusing on banking and finance.

Katarína advises clients on syndicated financing, acquisition financing and complex refinancing projects, including sophisticated cross-border transactions. Her experience also covers advice on commercial contracts and real-estate transactions, including negotiating commercial leases.

• THE DUTCH BRANCH OF A LEADING EUROPEAN BANK on Czech-law aspects of a EUR 38 million senior facilities agreement and Czech local security agreements entered into by the client with the Dutch-based group
• A LEADING GERMAN BANK on Czech-law aspects of a guarantee agreement entered into by the client with a Czech subsidiary of international group specializing in developing and manufacturing components and systems for cars, off-road vehicles, trucks, buses, and trains, under a EUR 416 million facilities agreement with the group
• AN AUSTRIAN BANK on Czech-law aspects of restructuring of a leading international automotive supplier, in particular on negotiation, closing and delivery of Czech-law governed security documents and Czech-law aspects of the Austrian-law governed EUR 54 million restructuring documentation
