Katarína advises clients on syndicated financing, acquisition financing and complex refinancing projects, including sophisticated cross-border transactions. Her experience also covers advice on commercial contracts and real-estate transactions, including negotiating commercial leases.

- A LEADING GERMAN BANK on Czech-law aspects of a guarantee agreement entered into by the client with a Czech subsidiary of international group specializing in developing and manufacturing components and systems for cars, off-road vehicles, trucks, buses, and trains, under a EUR 416 million facilities agreement with the group
