Radim Kotlaba is a Senior Associate in the Prague office focusing on M&A and energy & natural resources.
Radim has more than 20 years of extensive experience in providing legal services to many Czech private and public clients as well as international companies, focusing mainly on M&A, corporate compliance, corporate restructuring and energy regulatory matters, and public procurement/PPP. He was a member of numerous due diligence teams and advised on Czech and cross-border transactions and projects across a wide range of sectors, including energy, oil & gas, distribution, production, construction, transportation, and real estate. He has led legal and multidisciplinary teams as well as cross-border projects.
