Tereza Marek is an Associate in the Prague office focusing on all aspects of banking and finance, corporate and commercial matters, as well M&A transactions.

Tereza has experience in national and international financing transactions, in particular acquisition as well as real estate and project financing. She has also advised major Czech, Slovak and international corporations and individuals on acquisitions and divestitures of companies and businesses mainly in the pharmaceuticals, food, media, telecommunications, automotive and engineering sectors.
