Mihaela Dimitrova is an Associate in the Sofia office. She focuses on energy & natural resources projects and M&A and corporate matters.

Mihaela has extensive expertise in the energy and renewable energy sectors, focusing on investment regulations, project construction and development, licensing and electricity & natural gas trading. In the area of corporate law, Mihaela advises local and international clients on establishing, implementing, and expanding their business activities in Bulgaria.
