Michael Guiney is the Group Head of Business Development. Michael’s role involves working with lawyers across the group and with a dedicated and talented team of client facing business development professionals who are strategically located across our business to win more work while developing a new set of client relationships.

Prior to joining Kinstellar in 2015, Michael was responsible for developing and executing marketing communications and business development strategy for Linklaters and Baker Botts.
