Vilislava Kolarova is an Associate in the Sofia office. She focuses on employment and labour law matters as well as on corporate law.

Vilislava specialises in all aspects of employment law, including onboarding of employees, benefit and incentive schemes, terminations with a particular focus on sensitive cases such as key employees and employees with statutory protection from termination, mass lay-offs and TUPE transfers. Additionally, Vilislava advises clients on the opportunities for foreign nationals to work in Bulgaria, providing guidance on visa, residence, and work permit requirements.
