Marjona Khafizova is an Associate in the Tashkent office. She focuses on corporate law, M&A and regulatory matters, with particular expertise in investment projects.

Marjona is an Uzbek-qualified lawyer with a 5-year experience advising multinational and local clients on complex cross-border transactions. She has advised clients across various industries on corporate structuring, investment projects and regulatory compliance, and collaborated with international financial institutions such as ADB and EBRD on legislative reforms in PPP.

Marjona has been involved in conducting legal due diligence, preparing and negotiating transaction documents and advising on regulatory filings and corporate governance matters. Her experience extends to advising on large-scale M&A transactions, investment structuring and financial regulatory issues in Uzbekistan.
