Maja regularly advises international corporations and private clients on a wide range of tax matters, including VAT, tax audits, transfer pricing, and issues relating to fiscal criminal law. She also has significant experience representing clients in tax proceedings before the Austrian courts and authorities.

• A GLOBAL LEADER IN WHEEL PRODUCTION AND STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS, headquartered in South America, on various tax matters concerning the bond offering including possible retaps, in total amount of USD 400 million (The transaction included also multi-party swap agreements, on which a tax opinion was provided.)
• VOLKSBANK NIEDERÖSTERREICH SÜD (with banking operations worth EUR 400+ million), VOLKSBANK SÜDBURGENLAND (with banking operations worth EUR 250+ million), and VOLKSBANK WIEN on various tax matters in connection with the merger of their operations.
