James Merryweather is an Associate in the Vienna office, focusing on Corporate/M&A as part of the English Law Unit.

James advises on English corporate law and English law governed M&A transactions across Kinstellar’s offices. He has gained experience advising businesses across the Central and Eastern Europe, South Eastern Europe, and Central Asia regions in a variety of different sectors.
