Sandra Seldte is a Counsel in the Vienna office and a member of the Real Estate, Construction & Planning service line.

Sandra specialises in real estate transactions and advises clients on the purchase and sale as well as on the lease of commercial and residential real estate. She is experienced in advising clients on project developments (including forward funding/forward purchase deals). She has gained extensive experience in providing legal support for urban development projects and regularly advises on residential, logistics and data centre projects.

RECENT ENGAGEMENTS INCLUDE ADVISING

Real Estate & Construction

• ZBI ZENTRAL BODEN IMMOBILIEN GROUP in connection with a residential construction project with a special focus on sustainability in Graz, together with KS Group as co-developer as part of a joint venture and with regard to some other acquisitions of residential building projects
• A GROUP OF LOCAL INVESTORS on the acquisition of the former Hofer logistics center and – after a "remodelling" of the property – on its sale, including W&I insurance and a "Seller-Buyer-Flip" advice in the course of the sale process
• AN INTERNATIONAL DATA CENTRE OPERATOR on the acquisition of its first data centre in Austria
