Zrinka Ivanković is a Senior Associate in the Zagreb office. She focuses on corporate and commercial, employment, and energy matters.

She primarily advises clients on employment contracts, individual termination, internal labour policies, as well as employment of foreigners in Croatia.

Zrinka often participates in due diligence proceedings and regularly works on M&A transactions. Her experience also includes assistance on competition, as well as on data protection matters.
