Kristina Marinov is a Senior Associate in the Zagreb office. She focuses on transactional and regulatory work in the energy sector, as well as on corporate and commercial matters, public procurement and M&A.

Kristina has a strong expertise in national and European energy regulatory legislation and predominantly advises clients in the energy sector on a broad range of corporate, M&A and regulatory matters, including project development and licensing, with a focus on Croatian gas and electricity market, particularly on renewable and e-mobility projects. She has advised a number of clients on business compliance with applicable regulations and development of business models for their operation on the Croatian market, especially in the energy, infrastructure and retail sectors, as well as on commercial and corporate law matters related to day-to-day business activities.

Kristina has assisted clients in public procurement proceedings across a range of sectors, including geothermal energy, pharmaceuticals and infrastructure, and often advises clients on real estate and consumer protection matters.

A significant part of her work includes representation of clients in litigation procedures, including labour disputes.
