Andrej Skljarov is a Senior Associate in the Zagreb office. He focuses on banking, finance and capital markets, public procurement and IT.

Andrej regularly advises on project finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance, as well as financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters, public offerings of securities and financial restructuring projects. He also advises domestic and international clients on corporate housekeeping matters, and is often part of legal teams involved in due diligence projects.

In addition, Andrej regularly represents domestic and foreign clients in litigations and other court and out-of-court proceedings.
