Zrinka Ivanković Šperanda is a Senior Associate in the Zagreb office. She focuses on corporate law and M&A, employment and TMT projects.

Zrinka has significant experience advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including employment agreements, individual termination, internal labour policies, as well as employment of foreigners in Croatia. She also has experience advising clients in the TMT sector, particularly on regulatory and internal corporate matters.

Zrinka often participates in due diligence proceedings and regularly works on M&A transactions. Her experience also includes assistance on real estate matters, as well as on data protection matters.
