April 2015 - Jitka Logesová, a Partner at Kinstellar’s Prague office, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Czech Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (CVCA) and appointed to serve as chairperson of CVCA’s Tax & Legal Committee working group. CVCA represents the interests of private equity and venture capital companies active in the Czech Republic.
As part of her tenure with CVCA, Jitka’s focus will be on promoting changes to Czech legislation in support of private equity and venture capital investments in the Czech Republic and, more broadly, to improve the conditions for the development of the Czech and regional equity market.

Jitka Logesová is a Partner at Kinstellar’s Prague office and serves as head of the firm-wide Compliance, Risk & Sensitive Investigations practice and co-head of the firm-wide Private Equity group. Her expertise includes corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and compliance. She has over 20 years of high-level experience advising leading financial institutions and multinationals including Deutsche Bank, ING, JP Morgan, E.ON, RWE, InBev, Fujitsu, Global Payments, Bancroft, Unicredit, Česká spořitelna, ČSOB and Genesis. Prior to joining Kinstellar Jitka worked with Linklaters, including at their London, Cologne, Berlin and Munich offices. She speaks Czech, German and English.
