Kinstellar to host a seminar on anti-corruption compliance and internal investigations in emerging markets

June 2015 - Kinstellar is organising a panel discussion with leading experts on the theme of “anti-corruption compliance and internal investigations in emerging markets”. The event will take place on Monday, 15 June 2015, in Budapest.

Panel participants include Kinstellar partners Jitka Logesová, Head of Compliance, Risk and Sensitive Investigations and Csilla Andrékó, Managing Partner, Kinstellar Budapest, who will be joined by other anti-corruption law and sensitive investigations experts with experience across several sectors.

In addition to presenting an overview of international compliance trends and the implications for emerging markets, the panel will address several issues relating to anti-corruption compliance, including the complexities involved in communicating investigations both to external and internal audiences and the challenges these present, as well as sharing their practical experience managing and coordinating multiple advisors during an investigation.

This is an excellent opportunity for senior management of local and international companies with operations across Emerging Europe and or Central Asia to learn, discuss and share experiences of sensitive investigations.
