Kinstellar welcomes new Managing Associate Iva Bilinská to its employment team

May 2024 – Kinstellar is pleased to welcome Iva Bilinská to serve in the position of Managing Associate, covering the employment law agenda within our Prague team.

Iva Bilinská brings extensive expertise and a wealth of experience to Kinstellar, particularly in the area of employment law, having practiced in this field for over a decade. A passion for her work serves as a strong motivation to grow professionally and to find innovative solutions for clients. Moreover, such a crucial specialization enables the effective tackling of even the most complex employment law problems, which makes Iva an invaluable addition to our team.

Iva offers an extensive work history, including holding positions at renowned firms such as Kooperativa, Noerr, Deloitte Legal and Allen & Overy; work experience includes major domestic and international clients, including multinational corporations and large institutions. Client advice has covered all aspects of employment law, with favourite topics including flexible forms of employment and the integration of parents into the workplace, teleworking and the digitisation of the HR agenda. In addition, Iva has also provided legal advice across various sectors such as finance, technology, energy and healthcare. This ability to provide a comprehensive cross-sector legal service has proven a key asset to clients. Iva is a member of the Czech Employment Lawyers Association (CzELA), a prestigious association of Czech lawyers specialising in employment law, and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA). She is ranked as a Band 3 employment law expert in the international Chambers Europe ranking.

In addition to her legal practice, Iva is actively involved in lecturing – for example, recently lecturing at the Union of Corporate Lawyers – is also a frequent guest on podcasts, and actively cooperates with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in offering highly useful commentary on forthcoming labour law legislation.

Iva is known for a practical approach to employment law and an ability to address complex issues including the internal processes of large organisations, the impact of tax regulations, and on matters that also involve human resources and international aspects.

The addition of Iva to our team is great news both for us and our clients. Her expertise and extensive experience in employment law will be a great asset. We believe that Iva’s innovative approach and ability to solve complex legal issues will help us to further improve the quality of our services.
