Kinstellar Partner speaks at anti-corruption seminar in Prague

March 2012 - Jitka Logesová, Partner and head of Kinstellar’s firm-wide Compliance, Risk & Sensitive Investigations practice, makes a presentation at the seminar “How Will I Manage Corruption” co-hosted by the Rotary Club of Prague and the office of the Mayor of Prague.

Other speakers included the mayor of Prague, Bohuslav Svoboda; Norman Eisen, the US ambassador to the Czech Republic; and Rudolf Jindrak, the German ambassador to the Czech Republic.

Anti-corruption issues are rising to the top of government and corporate agendas across Emerging Europe. Compliance with new local laws, EU rules and foreign legislation with cross-border implications, such as the UK Bribery Act and US Act on Foreign Corrupt Practices, has become increasingly important.
