May 2012 - Daniel Torsher, Managing Partner of the Bucharest office, represented Kinstellar as speaker and moderator of a panel discussion at the 6th annual meeting of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (“APRL”) in Istanbul on 3 May 2012. The panel’s topic was “Transnational Practice: What Every Lawyer Should Know” and addressed practical professional liability issues arising in multi-jurisdictional practice by international law firms in emerging markets. Other panelists were Cağatay Yilmaz, of Yilmaz Law Offices, Istanbul, and Ayşe Yüksel, a partner with the Istanbul office of Chadbourne & Parke.
APRL is the largest organisation of lawyers in the U.S. primarily representing other lawyers in disciplinary proceedings.
