March 2017 - Kinstellar has successfully advised Deutsche EuroShop AG, Germany’s only public company that invests solely in shopping centres in prime locations, on the EUR 374 million acquisition of Olympia Shopping Centre in Brno, the largest super-regional shopping centre in the Czech Republic. This transaction represents the entry of Deutsche EuroShop AG into the Czech market.
Kinstellar advised on structuring, transaction negotiations, financing and carried out a comprehensive due diligence. The transaction is expected to be finalised within the first half of 2017.
