January 2013 - Kinstellar has been ranked #2 by deal value in the “Emerging Europe: M&A Report 2012” league tables published by DealWatch.

This is an outstanding result, made even more remarkable considering that Kinstellar’s operations in only five of the 21 jurisdictions defined by DealWatch in its Emerging Europe category were included in the calculation.

Kinstellar’s strong M&A results in Turkey in 2012 are excluded from the DealWatch Emerging Europe league table.

In Turkey, Kinstellar is ranked #2 in the “MergerMarket M&A Roundup for 2012” by deal value among all law firms in Turkey. This, too, is an outstanding achievement, particularly as Kinstellar has been active in Turkey for a relatively short period of time.
